This policy describes how LyreLink handles information when you use the service. If you are using LyreLink through a school program, your school may also have policies that apply.

1. Information we process

LyreLink processes the information needed to operate the app, such as authentication tokens/sessions, device or browser details needed for compatibility, and content you upload (for example, PDF parts and related metadata).

LyreLink is not intended for collecting sensitive personal information. Please do not upload personal or confidential data into charts or callouts.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide core functionality: signing in, showing the correct chart to members, syncing selections, and supporting reliability and security.

3. Sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share data with service providers used to run the app (for example, hosting, storage, and realtime messaging) only as needed to provide LyreLink.

4. Data retention and deletion

Uploaded content is retained while your program uses LyreLink, unless it is deleted by an authorized director/delegate or removed as part of service maintenance.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Use the service at your own risk.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes.
