LyreLink is a tool for band programs to distribute and display music-related materials to participating members. By using LyreLink, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload (for example, PDFs, annotations, and metadata). You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload and display that content via LyreLink (including for educational use).

When you upload content, you grant LyreLink a limited license to host, process, and display the content solely to provide the service to you and your authorized users.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or is unlawful. You agree not to abuse, probe, or disrupt the service.

3. Educational use

LyreLink is designed for educational and rehearsal contexts. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your school/district policies and any licenses or permissions applicable to the music.

4. Disclaimers

LyreLink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-uploaded content.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyreLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or content.
